Steelers & NAMI & St James

OK… a couple more Steelers- related events to share before the big game tomorrow.

This is a morning breakfast to honor the volunteers with NAMI. Director Chris Michaels (seen on the far left) encouraged everyone on the staff to wear black and gold all week. Obviously, I didn’t know this until I got there…. but I’m happy to say I obeyed her rule… and all last week wore  black and gold each day!  Darcey Garda is the Manager of Development and Marketing standing beside me in the black jacket. Click here to see her blog!  NAMI is a great organization which helps people with mental health issues. Everything from mild depression to issues which are much more severe. If you or a loved one needs  little extra help you should click here.

Also last week, I was honored to speak to students at St James School   for their career day. The students were wonderful and asked great questions. I had a lot of fun.  I took a picture of this in the school lobby.  They decorated it up for the big game…. I’m calling it the Terrible Tree.

Go Steelers!
