Baby Birds Under My Deck
May 25, 2010

Check out this home video I’ve been taking of baby birds that just hatched under my deck.  The camera was a little shaky because I was scared of Mama Bird coming after me!  Hopefully I’ll have more updates for you as they learn to fly!

Uniontown’s Osteoporosis Walk & Health Fair
May 23, 2010

Here is a look at some of the fun we had at the Soroptimist International fourth annual 5K Osteoporosis Walk and Health Fair in Uniontown. Thanks so much to all of the organizers and participants! Despite the rain a lot of people turned out. We also gave away a TON of prizes in the raffle.  A special thank you to Norma Snyder and Pat Mowen.

My children and I had a wonderful time. When we were leaving they said “This was awesome can we come back next year?”

This was my children’s favorite part.  Stat MedEvac landed right after the walk and they got to climb inside for a cool tour!

A “strong man” (I think his name was Ed) gave Zach and Ally a demonstration of his strength and I”m working on uploading that video for you, too!

Laser Lipo
May 5, 2010

Tonight on Action News I’m doing a story on a new FDA approved procedure for weight loss.  The Zerona Laser claims to be like liposuction without all the cutting and recovery time. The patients I talked to about it didn’t feel a thing. They went for six treatments (40 minutes per session) within two weeks.  One woman lost 8 1/2 inches …. a man we followed lost 15 total inches and 52 pounds! WOW!

The website for more information from Cole Chiropractic is: http://www.laserbodysculptingpittsburgh.com
